Integrated batteries provide 2–3 days of backup, while advanced charge controllers ensure automatic dusk-to-dawn operation. Raydean Solar High Mast Structures are tall, pole-mounted lighting solutions designed to deliver wide-area illumination with integrated solar power, ensuring durability, safety, and reliable performance.

  • Purpose & Design : Solar High Mast Structures support solar panels, batteries, and LED luminaires. They are ideal for highways, airports, industrial zones, stadiums, townships, and rural areas.

  • Materials & Surface Treatments : Poles are made from Mild Steel (MS, IS 2062 / S355) with polygonal or round taper. Mounting frames are hot-dip galvanized with stainless steel fasteners for corrosion resistance.

  • Structural Design : Height ranges from 9–30 m. Top headframes can be rotatable or fixed. Panels tilt 10°–25° south-facing. LED luminaires range from 30–200W with 360° coverage. Batteries can be Lithium-ion/LiFePO4 or VRLA tubular.

  • Load Capacity & Durability : Structures resist wind loads of 180–200 km/h and snow loads of 1.5–2.0 kN/m². The designed lifespan is 25 years for the structure and 5–7 years for batteries.

  • Installation & Foundations : RCC foundation with anchor bolts per soil conditions. Modular design enables quick installation. A hydraulic or manual winch system allows safe lowering for maintenance.

  • Performance Features : Automatic dusk-to-dawn operation with charge controllers. High-lumen LEDs ensure uniform ground illumination. Battery backup provides 2–3 days of autonomy. Optional integration with CCTV, Wi-Fi, or IoT monitoring.
